Refunds and Returns Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Foxcart.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@foxcart.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund if you are eligible. It may take up to 30 calendar days for this process to complete.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement after initiation of the transaction.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
