Shipping Policy
It’s important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping for shipping in Gauteng.
We offer R826.00 flat rate shipping to other provinces within South Africa.
We make use of one courier company that delivers door to door across South Africa to all the major centres, however some selected towns may have surcharges or require special trips to be arranged. Some towns are only serviced on certain days that may cause the delivery time to take longer.
Normal delivery takes between 2 and 4 work days after the order has been dispatched.
Consignments are charged on the greater of the total actual mass or total volume for items per waybill.
All deliveries are sent as soon as the payment for the product and shipping is cleared.
Our delivery charge are subject to change at any time without prior notice. You will see the applicable delivery charge in your cart when you check out.
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive periodic notifications via email on the progress of your delivery. Or you can follow up by emailing info@foxcart.co.za or call +27 082 574 3199 for fast and friendly support.
The order will be delivered as soon as responsibly possible and no later than 14 days after placement.
Foxcart will notify you if we are unable to deliver the ordered product within the set period.
You may cancel your order within 7 days after receiving such a notification.
If you decide to cancel your order, Foxcart will refund you for the purchase price of the product.
Foxcart will not be responsible for any damage or loss of items due to the third party courier company. Shipping insurance can be purchased by the client on request. Please mail or message us for such requests at info@foxcart.co.za.
Foxcart’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when the order is delivered to the address provided.
Foxcart is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of a product after it has been delivered.
International Shipping Rates and Estimates
Please note that international shipping may incur delays that are outside of our control.
We offer $1300 flat rate shipping for international shipping, including neigbouring countries.
Shipping will be to the customer’s nearest airport or port. It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the shipment from the airport or port. Foxcart cannot be held liable for costs incurred when the customer collects the shipment from an airport or port, including storage fees of the shipment.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Foxcart is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@foxcart.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Please note that our products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@foxcart.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
